Color steel tile, also known as: color pressure tile, is the use of color coated steel plate, through the roll cold bending into a variety of wave pressure plate.

It is suitable for industrial and civil buildings, warehouses, special buildings, large-span steel structure of the roof, wall and the decoration of internal and external walls, with light weight, high strength, rich color and lustre, convenient and fast construction, seismic, fire, rain, long life, maintenance free and so on characteristics, has been widely promoted and applied.

Galvanized steel sheet is electroplated from an electroplating solution composed of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. Its workability and paintability are basically the same as galvanized steel sheet.  The aluminized zinc coating is anti-fingerprint coating. The anti-fingerprint coating protects the aluminized zinc coating. At the same time, the anti-fingerprint coating can make the aluminized zinc steel plate and colored sand grains better adhere. Divided into colorless transparent and light green. 

Colored sand is the decorative layer and protective layer of the base of the metal tile. It is made of basalt particles with a certain particle size through high-tech coloring process and high-temperature sintering. With more than ten colors, it is resistant to ultraviolet radiation and can reduce the noise caused by rain to metal tiles. Acrylic resin is the key material for bonding steel plates and colored sand, and also serves as a protective layer on the surface of sand mining to prevent the leakage of fine rain and extend the life of sand color.
